CloudRPO super simplified the process of dealing with agencies for a number of key hires at Zava.
We'd previously spent a whole lot of dead time briefing agents, agreeing terms, answering questions about the company and the vacancies, and CloudRPO chops most of this unproductive interaction out of the process.
We just uploaded our vacancies to CloudRPO, set our fee level, and within a couple of days we had a bunch of candidates to review on terms of business that we were happy to work with.
We didn't have to worry about duplicate candidates either.
We have limited interest in which agent represents the candidate we hire, we just want to find the right person for Zava and CloudRPO enabled us to do this very efficiently.
